I have been a roofing professional since my teenage years. I worked on roofs with my dad and family. I graduated from Texas State University with a Master’s in Accountancy/Business. I took over the roofing business in 2016. I enjoy leading teams and creating successful professionals. My greatest joy is spending time with my family. I love my beautiful and supportive wife Nancy. My precious daughter Gabby, and Johnny Boy and Chrissy Bear. We spend time in the great outdoors, traveling, playing sports, and watching movies.
Nancy Vaca
Office Manager
I have been a part of this company since 2017 and it has been a joy to see it grow. I love living in San Antonio and raising our family here along with my amazing husband John. I graduated from the Baptist School of Health Professions as a Registered Nurse. I love being a nurse but love even more the flexibility USA Home Roofing allows me to be with our kids. In my spare time, I enjoy pampering myself and spending time with family and friends.

I started in the construction industry at an early age. Gradually introduced to full residential remodels and commercial refreshes. Roofing is where I have been for the last 8 years. Hello, I’m Kevin. I’m a project manager/inspector.
I am originally from California moved to Texas when I was 12 years old and have been in San Antonio since. I am a Spurs fan and excited for Wembanyama! Let’s go SPURS! I absolutely love aviation and it is one of my goals in life to get my piloting license. Before working in the Roofing Business I worked for an HVAC Company, my area focused on the controls aspect. My goal with USA Home is to become a partner, eventually running my own office.
